<b>ABOUT ALU</b><br />

<b>ABOUT THE ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAM</b><br />
Our academic programs use project-based assessment, active & experiential learning, flipped classrooms, and peer-to-peer teaching to create rigorous, engaging, and effective learning experiences. Students emerge from the course with the ability to be transformative change makers, having learned, tried and tested methodologies for identifying problems, practicing human centered design, developing prototypes, leading teams, and launching new ventures.<br />
<b>This role is full-time and will be based in Rwanda.</b><br />
<b>ABOUT THE ROLE</b><br />
Entrepreneurship Faculty codesign and deliver the Entrepreneurship Degree Program to students. The day to day of this role includes facilitating class sessions, holding office hours, and providing regular feedback to students. You will act as an academic advisor to students, meeting them regularly for coaching on academic performance, their capstone project, and future goals. You will also be required to stay connected with local and international entrepreneurial ecosystems and help the ALU community stay plugged in. In addition, you will work closely with the Head of the Entrepreneurship Program and our Learning Design Lead to constantly tweak and enhance the program and curate powerful learning experiences for our students. On a higher level, you will be involved in the co-creation of a vision and strategy for the program, setting up the path that will allow students to extend the skills they learned to the outside world as future entrepreneurs of the African Continent.<br />
<b>WHAT YOU’LL NEED</b><br />

<li>Advanced degree (preferably a PhD) in Entrepreneurship or a related field</li>
<li>Deep expertise in Entrepreneurship</li>
<li>Have experience working with diverse and/or international organisations</li>
<li>Some teaching or facilitating experience (formal or informal)</li>
<li>Desire and enthusiasm to work with students and push boundaries</li>
<li>Entrepreneurship, startup, impact hub or incubator experience</li>
<li>Strong entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working in uncertainty</li>

The Athens Photo World with the donation of Stavros Niarchos Foundation, organizes the annual Yannis Behrakis International Photojournalism Award for professional photojournalists. They invite professional photojournalists to submit a completed project of reportage or documentary photography, created within the last 3 years.<br />

Athens Photo World will award a <span class="b">€15,000 cash prize.</span><br />
<h2>
Athens Photo World Yannis Behrakis International Photojournalism Award Eligibility.</h2>
<ul>
<li>Participation in the competition is free of charge</li>
<li>Participants must be professional photographers</li>
<li>The photographic project to be submitted for evaluation must have been carried out between January 2016 and August 2019</li>
<li>The photographic project submitted for evaluation should to be classified as a ‘reportage’ or ‘documentary’</li>
<li>Files are to be sent at 72dpi and 2000pixels on the large side, with captions, written in English, in the file info field</li>
<li>Participants must also send an accompanying text/story, not exceeding 250 words</li>
<li>The photographs must not have been subject to alterations or any kind of digital manipulation other than cropping and basic exposure, contrast and luminance correction</li>
<li>Submissions should be sent in a folder(.zip) with the photographer’s name and each file named with the photographer’s name and the file number e.g. Giorgos_Papadopoulos_01.jpeg</li>
<li>The finalists selected for the last round of judging will be required to produce the RAW image files as delivered by the camera</li>
<li>The nominated winner will be required to produce the uploaded images with the original file size (unless cropped) in 300 dpi</li>
<li>The winner will be required to produce evidence (identity or documents) of professional engagement</li>
<li>Participants must guarantee that they are the authors and copyright owners of the submitted photos</li>
<li>The participants give to the organisers of Athens Photo World the right to use one of their photographs for the promotion of the competition (website, media and social media) both during the current event and in future ones</li>
<li>The photos submitted to the contest remain the intellectual property of their creators. Athens Photo World will take all applicable measures to ensure that the photographs submitted to the contest are not to be used for any purpose other than the purposes of promotion by the organisation itself and its affiliates.</li>

The ideal candidate Is an authentic ninja with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, Identity, Rest API. Demonstrable capability with these technologies is key.  State University, Makurdi (BSUM) invites applications from suitably 
qualified candidates for admission into its Preliminary Science 
(pre-degree) programme for the 2019/2020 academic session.<br />
<br />
The sales of <i>BSU pre-degree form</i> will commence on <span class="msgist">Monday, 8th July, 2019</span>.<br />
<h2>
Benue State University Pre-Degree Entry Requirements.</h2>
Those seeking admission into the Preliminary Science programme must fulfill the following conditions:<br />
(i)
 Candidates should possess NECO/WAEC Certificate or the GCE Ordinary 
level or its equivalent, with Credit Passes in at least four subjects at
 not more than two sittings, three of which must be in the Core Science 
subjects (Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology).<br />
<div>
(ii) Admission shall be strictly based on results submitted (Not awaiting result).<br />
(iii)
 Candidates applying for the programme with less than five (5) credits 
will eventually have to make-up five (5) O’level credit passes before 
graduating from their undergraduate programmes.<br />
(iv) Candidates who do not meet the above conditions need not apply.</div>
<h2>
How to Apply for BSU Pre-degree Form.</h2>
Application
 for the Preliminary Science programme is by Bank Draft from Fidelity 
Bank payable to Benue State University, Makurdi. The following steps are
 to be followed strictly for a successful application:<br />
i. Make a Bank draft of N5,000.00 payable to Benue State University, Makurdi.<br />
ii. Change the Bank Draft to receipt in the Bursary Department.<br />
iii. Submit receipt to the Preliminary Science Office and collect your Application Forms.<br />
iv. Fill the Application Form and return to the same office for submission.<br />
v. Attach photocopies of the following documents:<br />
a. Receipt of purchase<br />
b.<a data-wpel-link="internal" href="https://www.myschoolgist.com/ng/tag/www-waecdirect-org/"> WAEC</a> and/or <a data-wpel-link="internal" href="https://www.myschoolgist.com/ng/tag/www-mynecoexams-com/">NECO</a> Result(s)<br />
